Ian Percy

Corporate Coach and Water Technology Entrepreneur

Mr. Ian Percy has a background as an Organizational Psychologist and a corporate Possibilities Coach and is a highly respected consultant, author and entrepreneur.  Ian brings to WSG over 40 years of experience in building high-performing organizations as well as his company's advanced understanding of subtle-energy science and water technology, particularly as applied to agriculture and livestock enhancement. “Possibilities,” he says, “exist only in the future,” and that is where his focus has been throughout his career.

Born and raised in Nigeria, the son of missionary parents, Ian has been a life-long entrepreneur beginning his consulting practice while still an undergraduate, specializing in health care leadership and organizational transformation.

Over 40 years Ian has developed a global reputation as an organizational consultant, executive team coach and author. Major clients such as KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada and Aetna have sought his expertise. Successful Meetings magazine acclaimed him as “One of the top 21 speakers for the 21st Century” and he has been inducted into both the Canadian and American ‘Speaker Halls of Fame’. He’s authored seven books primarily focused on finding the deep meaning and purpose of work.

More recently Ian has turned his entrepreneurial and visionary bend toward the science of subtle-energy and the application of frequencies in changing the resonance of water for crop irrigation and livestock hydration. Results to-date have been remarkable producing higher yield and quality, healthier animals, almost eliminating harmful chemicals and reducing water use by a third. He’s the co-founder of Verdant Technologies LLC, an Arizona-based company dedicated to the practical application of energetics. Ian frequently points to Nikola Tesla’s well known admonition that understanding how the universe works requires us to understand how energy and frequencies work. That promise is at the heart of Ian’s current work.

Ian has both Canadian and U.S. citizenships and, with his wife Georgia, lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
