APPROACH

Our methodology is to create a foundation for prosperity by placing agriculture as the nucleus of self-sustaining healthy communities – these are our AG communities.

Key features of our approach:

1. Networked Communities: Local communities are networked together regionally and nationally to optimize trade opportunities.

2. Learning and Teaching Centers: Communities are built as learning and teaching centers to support generational sustainability.

3. Vertical Integration: Services are vertically integrated within a community.

4. Management Brokers: We broker with expert partner organizations and regional businesses to deliver efficient solutions.

5. Customized Design to Context: We customize the AG communities to the local environment, respecting cultural traditions.

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

A National Focus

WSG works directly with presidents and national leaders to increase a country’s GPD, improve trade relationships, increase international presence and support partner nations to become international leaders in combating global climate change.

A national focus is also needed to enable strong sustainable local and regional trade and prosperity.   Through national vision and investment, we web communities together and strengthen local and regional economies.

Our We endeavor is to spread abundance and health throughout the country, benefiting all regardless of status, culture, heritage, education, gender or age.

An Emphasis on Prosperity

WSG strongly believes that any successful economy must be driven through good governance that lives a commitment to health, education, and welfare. Prosperity goes beyond economic growth.

Most aid organizations, which are important and valued, focus on strengthening or solving individualized problems in food, water, health, housing or education through aid. WSG differentiates itself from aid organizations by entering into business partnerships with nations to build holistic AG community solutions that address the composite of problems in a region, thereby advancing prosperity.

It’s through local and regional prosperity made possible by the self-reliance of their citizens, that nations can achieve national prosperity. Imagine the economic advantage that countries would have as they become innovative and future oriented centers and learning environments of agriculture, water management and renewable resources.

Our goal is for the entire country to know the peace and joy that comes from true prosperity made possible by the energy and initiative of the citizens.

Strengthening Entire Communities

Everything in life is inter-dependent; so are human communities.

WSG focuses on the inter-relationships among agriculture, culture, business opportunities and social development within a community –  these are the AG communities. They have as their base an understanding that prosperity is not only built upon world-class agriculture, but also targets the elimination of hunger and disease, economic prosperity, education, safe affordable housing, reliable roads and other infrastructure, waste management, availability of water and access to technology such as the internet. The more we are able to integrate and align these factors for a healthy, prosperous and self-staining community, the faster this vision becomes a living reality.

What we call advanced “technology” is expanding into the most remote regions of our world.

WSG is capable of bringing a wide range of innovative and even proprietary technologies to the partner nation — in education, financial and investment management, communication, manufacturing, marketing, infrastructure, environmental control, import and export and other related areas for a sustainable economy.

Many of the countries that join us in spreading sustainable agricultural communities will advance beyond countries that have had modern technology at their fingertips for decades.

WSG does not provide aid. Rather, it enters into business partnerships with nations, working together to realize their dreams for a prosperous, healthy and self-sustaining country. This is a business partnership, which means that we jointly agree on clearly defined goals, expectations and accountabilities on the part of all parties involved. These business agreements are established at the outset of every initiative through open, respectful and honest conversation.

WSG’s philosophy of Business Partnership means BOTH our partner nation and WSG contribute resources and expertise to solving the nation’s challenges.

Through WSG’s three business arms, you can expect access to world leading technologies and funding support from several entities and the AG bank for our partnership initiatives.

AG COMMUNITIES

An Agricultural (AG) community begins with sustainable agriculture as its nucleus. This will be supported by a community level social infrastructure that promotes education and training while fostering wellness and health.

The community will be co-developed and co-managed by local community leaders and experts among our strategic partners.  By combining new and advanced technologies that adapt to the local environment while protecting and respecting the core ideas of a nation’s culture and agriculture, a thriving local economy will be created.

AG communities are purpose-designed to address local community needs while being integrated within a broader network of communities that collectively support trade and social development.

A Sustainable Agricultural Community has the following core components:

  • Community center and market including educational, medical and recreational facilities
  • Residences (living spaces)
  • Irrigation retention ponds
  • Date and citrus groves
  • Industrial and mechanization center,
  • Water treatment facility
  • Seed and crop research fields
  • Herd development, grazing area, cattle pens, and milking stations
  • Field crops
  • Crop to market logistic support, including processing, packaging, shipping and sales
  • Advanced green energy technologies

The 9 Arms of an AG Community

AGRICULTURE

The agricultural arm, the cornerstone of the AG Community program, accelerates the production, growth and yield of agriculture farming, agri-food and agri-based product sector. It introduces innovative technologies and advanced farming practices and helps open and capture opportunities in domestic and global markets. Goals include providing:

• aid to famine situations by bringing food sources and food security solutions.

• the means to agricultural transformation, offering sustainable economic growth employment creation and reduced dependence on food imports.

WATER

Water is the most vital resource for the AG Community. WSG brings to the AG community water reclamation technologies for cleaning water, providing grey water for irrigation and potable clean drinking water for humans and animal herds. Where appropriate, closed sub-systems will be introduced that recover 50-70% of the water used, safely and cost-effectively.

HERD DEVELOPMENT

The herd development arm of the AG Community will help grow healthy food sources thereby supporting healthier herds. This will be achieved by introducing innovative seed and grass feed technologies that generate healthier more nutrient rich feed, cutting the need for antibiotics and hormones and reducing methane gas emissions.

CLEAN ENERGY

Clean energy is a key pillar of the AG Community, which will be carbon neutral and eliminate the need for fossil fuels by utilizing solar, wind and geothermal power. The AG Community is designed as self-sustaining, operating off the electric grid in a closed system thereby delivering lower cost, longer-term electric power.

HOUSING

The AG Community housing arm will provide cost-effective, energy efficient, safe innovative housing for permanent and temporary community workers and their families. It will include building community living and recreational structures and the industrial facilities to support the operations of the community.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation systems within and into the AG community include:

• Vehicle transportation (Trucks, buses, family automobiles, scooters, bicycles, emergency vehicles (ambulance and fire)

• An industrial transport system

The goal is for vehicles within the community limits to go green, through the use of hybrid or electric vehicles.

EDUCATION

The education arm will provide basic schooling and higher education opportunities to residents of the AG Community, raising the educational floor within the community and strengthening family resilience. Programs include primary and post-primary schools, a girls to school program, a vocational trade center and center for advanced studies, teacher training, health care worker training,  and grants and scholarships.

HEALTH

WSG brings a population health perspective to the AG Community, offering culturally appropriate services to move towards the goal of "Health For All":

1. Supporting healthy environments in water, food safety and sanitation.

2. Focusing on prevention of illness (e.g. immunizations) and promotion of self-health.

3. Enhancing personal health skills – nutrition, maternity and early childhood care.

4. Providing basic care for the injured and sick through primary care medical clinics, telehealth technologies and limited hospital services.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Our business development programs assist individuals with new business ventures and business expansion. We educate and guide these business owners as they set up and grow their businesses. We also provide access to individual and trust group loans and access to banking services and financial advice. We strengthen and influence value chains to benefit our clients, connect them to viable markets and drive economic progress.

How We Work

Sustainable AG communities are a partnership effort between WSG and the host nation. We believe building strong relationships are the root of strong results for every sustainable AG community.

WSG enters into a business relationship with its partner nation and local community leaders to jointly build and operate these communities.

Business agreements are established at the outset of every AG community initiative, beginning with a letter of agreement (LOA) outlining the respective roles and contributions of WSG and the partner nation.

What We Bring

The resources, tools and expertise WSG can offer to these partnerships are substantial. Contributions of partner nations are also critical to the success of these initiatives.

Funding

To help a partner nation implement the AG communities and improve their financial independence, we pledge financial support from global organizations and private and public partnerships.

Tools and Resources

Some of the world’s most advanced equipment, technology, tools and materials will be employed in this national endeavor. Some of it will be donated, some earned and some purchased out of the profits generated from this agricultural initiative. It is fair to say that some of these resources are rarely found in even the most advanced countries.

Experts in the use of this equipment and material will train others who will become instructors capable of educatingand certifying a large population of highly skilled agriculture professionals.

Expertise

To match the high level of equipment and technology in play, some of the world’s most advanced experts, from within and outside the country, will also join the cause. The role of these experts is to educate and train others so that every initiative can expand and be maintained by talented citizens.

We have the capability of bringing in experts from the following fields:

  • Soil science including reclamation techniques
  • Farm machinery use and maintenance
