AGRICULTURAL (AG) COMMUNITIES PROGRAM
WSG’s AG Community Program works with nations to build networked sustainable communities with satellite farms throughout their country that address the nation’s demand for food, water, energy and security. These AG communities are learning and teaching centers, and serve as economic and social centers for the region. They are designed as carbon neutral communities to combat climate change and global warming. In developing the AG communities, WSG works together with the partner nation and humanitarian programs with a domestic and international focus, both private and public, to help alleviate the development burden and expense to local, regional and national governments.
TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION DIVISION
The technology and innovation division of WSG, comprised of a group of technology companies, has a vast pool of technologies that it draws on to uniquely bring together and merge technologies to meet a client’s or nation’s needs. The Technology and Innovation Program of WSG works with more than 400 independent consultants, scientists and universities worldwide. From our vast toolbox of technology and pool of innovators, the program acquires, joint ventures, partners, licenses and sub-licenses these technologies uniquely bringing them together to meet partner nation’s needs.
In addition to holding the technologies, this business division engages in international trade, oil & gas drilling consultancy, educational and business platforms, real estate, and other areas with a focus on using more than half of all profits to fund and further technical innovation and [program] development of sustainable AG communities.
AG BANK
The AG bank will support WSG’s AG Communities Program and other companies and individuals worldwide with technologies, to add to the pool of good-use-technologies to license and sub-license them for use in the AG communities and in combating climate change. This methodology is critical for funding research and enabling the application of technologies that may be currently sitting on an inventor’s, company’s, scientist’s or university’s shelf, thus providing and embracing continuing development of technology for the ever-changing future need and utilization in programs worldwide.
Sub-licensing fees will be paid by partner nations utilizing our programs as well as other WSG clients, therefore creating revenue to support the AG bank and profit stream for the licensor. The licensor will receive royalties for use of their technology and the AG bank will generate income from this licensing and sub-licensing to fund furthering technology and innovation research and growth for programs of clients and partner nations. In turn, the AG bank supports more AG communities and creates a worldwide impact. We would aim to commit 50% of the AG bank’s profits back into programs throughout the world.
The conditional sub-licensing of the technology must be used for agricultural-centric programs.

The AG bank is both for-profit and nonprofit. The nonprofit side is for building these technologies and to continue the development side; the profit side is to build up the AG farms and the agricultural programs.
We can bring in one technology and uniquely merge it with others we have in our pool /vault of technologies, therefore enhancing any one technology to improve another technology and meet needs in the community. This merged technology leverages both technologies to create additional value within the AG bank itself.
If a partner nation does not have the means for an economic incentive program or funds to help pay for the use of these technologies it can trade a natural resource or commodity. Importantly, instead of a country trading/selling off its natural resource and getting only the current dollar value or cash value of the sold resource, the country is trading one natural resource for another… AG. In a natural resource trade contract, we target a 20/80 agreement were 80% of the profits of that natural resource can be traded back into the country for building out their AG community programs. The AG bank in turn has the ability to leverage this merged technology 9 to 10-fold, giving the AG bank the value and ability to impact these programs with further funding influx.
The AG bank becomes the holding company of all these technologies and/or owner of a new merged technologies. The groups that own the technologies can still take their technologies to market – they just cannot impede the AG community programs. This ensures that funding will continue to support the AG community programs, worldwide. Over a period of 5 to 10 years with these technologies on deposit at the AG bank, these future good-use-technologies can be utilized as needed to either support new programs or combat climate change, forming an outlet to help these technologies go into play and be more widely utilized in support of future planetary demands.
